1947 Babe Ruth Single Signed Baseball. The Knot Hole Gang started around 1917 and was a way for kids to watch their beloved baseball games without having to dole out money for admission. Our consignor was the lucky winner of this Babe Ruth signed baseball for Knot Hole Club sales in the Paris, Texas area in 1947. While the autograph is in a reduced state, Ruth's sweet spot application in black fountain pen is displayable. The ball has toned and the stampings are not longer present, but the Bambino's coveted signature remains. A perfect starter baseball for the Ruth collector.
