2004-05 Ben Wallace NBA Finals Game Worn Detroit Pistons Jersey - Photo Matched to 7 Playoff Games. Star power usually drives NBA teams to glory. For the Detroit Pistons, it was an unbridled work ethic and team concept which set them apart from the rest of the league. The heart and soul of the Pistons was four time Defensive Player of the Year Ben Wallace. Undrafted out of tiny Virginia Union University, Wallace epitomized what it meant to grab your lunch pail and get to work. If a player was able to penetrate through the Pistons stifling defense, Big Ben was there as the last line of defense.Our Platinum Night auction has a number of top-tier Pistons gamers available. This "Reebok size 56" jersey should enjoy spirited bidding. Resolution Photomatching has matched the jersey to seven games including the 2005 NBA Finals. The following games were definitively matched: 5/25, 6/2, 6/6, 6/9,6/12, 6/21 and 6/23. Excellent use is shown on the pullover with fraying to the anchor stitching and identifier softening.
