1995 Hugh Douglas Game Used and Signed New York Jets Jersey with Equipment Manager Provenance - NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year! Douglas enjoyed a solid ten-year NFL career during which he was elected to three Pro Bowls. Here we present his Jets jersey from his rookie season in 1995 when he was named the NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year. White mesh displays sewn on green/black tackle twill identifiers with Champion exclusivity and size ("50") tagging in the tail. Best of all are the customizations (sleeves, tail) and wear, which includes stitch repairs, hit marks, and dirt remnants. The verso is signed "Hugh L. Douglas 99" in 9/10 vintage black sharpie. The jersey was obtained directly from Dave Hojnowski who was the Buffalo Bills equipment manager from 1978-2012. LOA from Heritage Auctions. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.Auction Info
