1926-33 Official National League (Heydler) Baseball with Original Box. In the era that the National League utilized baseballs like the one that we present here, the Senior Circuit was dominated by strong sides that called Chicago and St. Louis home. Under the rule of president John Heydler, these black-and-red-stitched orbs were handled by such Hall of Fame greats as Dizzy Dean and Rogers Hornsby. Dating from 1926-33, this impressive official orb remains a strong example, devoid of any significant staining one would expect from a baseball of this advanced age. Includes original retail box, which also remains in great presentational condition.Auction Info
