Description

Ted Williams Single Signed Baseball. Ted Williams was one of the greatest hitters in baseball history, spending his entire 19-year career with the Boston Red Sox from 1939 to 1960. Nicknamed "The Splendid Splinter", he was renowned for his exceptional batting eye, power, and discipline, finishing with a .344 career batting average and 521 home runs, and famously becoming the last player to hit over .400 in a season (.406 in 1941). A two-time American League MVP and six-time batting champion, Williams missed nearly five full seasons due to military service as a fighter pilot in World War II and the Korean War.

Despite never winning a World Series, he is celebrated as a baseball legend and a symbol of excellence and dedication. Williams was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1966 and is remembered not only for his achievements on the field but also for his deep respect for the science and craft of hitting.

Offered is a Rawlings OAL-Brown baseball signed by the HOFer. Mild toning. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
