Description
1963 Dave Wilcox Game Worn University of Oregon Jersey from the Dave Wilcox Collection. We all know how tough Hall of Fame jerseys are, but the supply thins dramatically from that small supply when considering those Cantonites' college gamers. Here we present a white cotton road jersey worn by Wilcox as a member of the Oregon Ducks during his senior year. Number "64" is screened on front and verso, and the jersey shows punishing wear, with numerous repaired and unrepaired cuts and tears suffered on the NCAA gridiron, dozens in all. Some paint loss to the rear numeral appears to be the work of both wear and age. Anonymous "XL" label is present in the tail, which extends to encompass a button crotch piece.
