Mid-1880's James Naismith Tintype Photograph. Marvelously clear and detailed image finds a twenty-something Naismith posed in athletic attire. Minor surface wrinkling does nothing to detract from visual appeal. Tattered and frayed paper "frame" has notation in unknown hand on verso reading "McGill Univ." 2.25x3.25" in dimension.Auction Info
