1961 Canada Cup Medalist Winner's Gold Money Clip/Watch from The Sam Snead Collection. At the 1961 Canada Cup Matches played in Puerto Rico, Sam Snead shot a 272 to win medalist honors by eight shots. Partnering with Jimmy Demaret, they won the team competition by 12 strokes. The money clip is engraved "IGA Medalist Canada Cup Championship Puerto Rico 1961" and has a small Lucerne watch attached. Very ornate. Letter of provenance from Jack Snead.Auction Info
