Description

1999 Andruw Jones Game Used World Series Bat, PSA/DNA, GU 10. Andruw Jones was a fixture in the Atlanta Braves lineup and is known as one of the finest defensive players in baseball history. He could make the toughest of catches look downright routine. He was no slouch at the plate either and won a Silver Slugger in 2005. This Louisville Slugger model C271 bat (30.2 ounces and 34") saw action during the 1999 World Series. The uncracked stick shows great use with ball marks and light checking on the back and left barrel from contact. Pine tar and athletic tape (7" with surface chipping) are secured on the handle. "25" is barely visible on the knob in silver paint pen. "1999 World Series" is branded into the barrel assuring it was ready for the Braves-Yankees series. Jones signed on in 10/10 silver paint pen. Pre-Certified by PSA/DNA. Auction LOA from SGC. LOA from PSA/DNA, GU 10.
