Description
2013 Wil Myers Signed Game Used Bat. Drafted by the Royals, Wil Myers was traded to the Tampa Bay Rays in time to make his big league debut. Appearing in eighty-eight games, the outfielder hit .293 with thirteen home runs and fifty-three RBI, en route to winning Rookie of the Year honors for 2013. Given his monstrous minor league numbers (.314-37-109 in 2012), the baseball world is eager to see what Myers can do in a full season in the pros.The offered bat is a Max Bat Model WM1 Wil Myers Pro Maple 34-PR13003 with "PRO3" and "PRO" written on the knob. Weighing thirty-three ounces and measuring thirty-four inches, the bat is heavily cracked on the handle. A generous coating of pine tar plus a little bit of athletic tape marks the upper handle, while the barrel displays numerous ball marks, cleat marks, staining, and bat rack transfer. The cupped end bat has been signed by Myers on the barrel, with the notation "Game Used 2013" added.
