1992-93 Christian Laettner Game Worn Minnesota Timberwolves Uniform - Rookie Season & Photo Matched! One of the greatest players in college basketball history, Christian Laettner was a two-time All-American, two-time NCAA champion, College Player of the Year and Final Four Outstanding Player. Between his college and pro careers, he was one of the twelve players chosen to represent the United States on the fabled Dream Team, which won the Gold Medal at the 1992 Barcelona Summer Olympic Games. Selected by the Minnesota Timberwolves with the third overall pick of the 1992 NBA Draft, Laettner went on to play thirteen seasons in the league and was an NBA All-Star. Furthermore, he is a member of both the College Basketball Hall of Fame and the Basketball Hall of Fame.Here is a complete uniform which he wore as a rookie when he averaged 18.2 points and 8.7 rebounds. The road blue mesh jersey sports sewn-on green/white tackle twill identifiers and blue/white/green trim. Champion tagging in the tail confirms size, extra length, season and exclusivity. Matching shorts displays wonderful embroidered T-Wolves patches and appropriate Champions labels in the waistband with "32" in vintage black marker.
