Mid 1990's Gerard Gallant Game Worn Detroit Red Wings Preseason Jersey. This lot was originally obtained from former Detroit Red Wings staffer Dominic Marra. During the mid-1980's through the early 1990's, the beloved dressing room assistant developed a close friendship with players such as Steve Yzerman and Gerard Gallant. We are proud to present a wide array of hockey memorabilia that Marra collected throughout his career in the Motor City, and these were consigned directly from Marra's nephew.Deemed a preseason set jersey, as evident from the screened on numerals and lettering, here we present one of two gamers in our auction from former Red Wings team leader Gerard Gallant. An All-Star during the 1988-89 season, the notable Canadian left winger put nice use on this home white sweater, which dates from the mid 1990's. Proper "Maska Ultrafil" tag is in the collar, while the team's logo patch is prominently displayed at front and center. LOA from Joe Tomon.
