1933 Sport Kings Howard Morenz (Hockey) #24 PSA NM-MT 8 - Three Higher! Offered is a 1933 Sport Kings Hockey Howard Morenz #24. A dominant hockey player and pioneer of the sport, Morenz was instrumental in the growth in popularity of the NHL in the US and is believed to be the inspiration for the owners of both the Boston Bruins as well as the New York Americans. He passed away at the very young age of 34 due to injuries sustained from a game against the Chicago Black Hawks, but not before creating a legacy of excellence with his exciting play and achievements, including three Stanley Cup victories.
