2007 Derek Jeter Game Issued New York Yankees Jersey. In 2007, Derek Jeter continued his leadership as captain of the New York Yankees, batting .322 with 206 hits and 73 RBIs. A five-time World Series champion by then, he earned his eighth All-Star selection. Known for clutch performances, Jeter remained a cornerstone of the Yankees' playoff-bound lineup that season.This pinstriped jersey was issued to The Captain but didn't make it to the diamond. The identifiers are sewn-on. Three tags are in the tail: "Majestic," "size 48" and "2007." Majestic's "0062" inventory code flap tag is in the inner side. Black number "10" and mourning band on left sleeve remembers Phil Rizzuto, who passed away in August of 2007. LOA from Heritage Auctions.
