Description

1995 Cal Ripken Jr. Game Used Cleats from Record Breaking Season with Ripken Letter. Cal Ripken Jr. was credited with helping save the game of baseball when he surpassed Lou Gehrig for consecutive games played in 1995. The ugly strike of 1994 was put behind our nation's past time when Ripken Jr. took the field and surpassed The Iron Horse September 6, 1995.

These cleats came directly from Ripken and were worn the season he topped Gehrig. Both cleats show excellent use and have dirt embedded. "Nike size 11" tags are printed inside. The creation year was 1994 but they would have been carried over. "8" is written on the orange Nike swoosh. Letter of provenance from Cal Ripken Jr.
