Signed 1953 Topps Satchell Paige #220 JSA/SGC Authentic. The greatest pitcher ever to emerge from the Negro Leagues became a 42-year-old rookie in 1953 when this classic card first appeared. This is the only Topps card to feature the legendary pitcher and ambassador of the sport. More amazing is the fact that this card is flawlessly signed along the right border in the boldest of black ink marker "Satchel Paige." The card is a solid middle grade VG/EX example, the signature is close to flawless. An incredible addition to any Negro League, Paige specific or '53 Topps card collection.
