1928 W502 Lou Gehrig #26 PSA EX-MT 6. From the George M. Joyce Collection. This rare Gehrig W502 issued right after the famed '27 season that saw Gehrig, not Ruth earning MVP honors. The offered example has been hand-cut and is believed to be part of a type of game, "One Bagger" being the value of this gem that seems to deserve more. Close to flawless front surface, and corners showing mild to barely there corner tip wear, this obscure black & white card measures 1-3/8" x 2-1/2" and has been graded PSA EX-MT 6.
