1909-11 T206 Piedmont Christy Mathewson (Portrait) PSA EX-MT 6. In 1936, Christy Mathewson joined Ruth, Wagner, Cobb and Johnson as a member of the first class to be inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame. It was a distinction that was well earned, considering his career accomplishments included leading the league in wins four times, strikeouts five times, winning 30 or more games four times, pitching four shutouts, ten complete games in World Series competition and winning 373 regular season contests. This beauty boasts a striking portrait, quality corners and close to perfect centering. The reverse displays a deep blue ad. The reverse displays a "Piedmont - 150 Subjects" with a Factory 25 designation. Graded PSA EX-MT 6.
