1933 Goudey Babe Ruth #144 PSA VG-EX 4. One of baseball card collecting's "Big Three" is the Goudey baseball set from 1933. It is rightfully considered a consummate masterpiece that saw fit to honor Babe Ruth on no less than four cards. The 240 mini-portraits capture the very essence of the Depression-era game on each and every three-inch tall piece of cardboard. Certainly there was none more recognizable than Babe Ruth striking his classic batting pose.Graded PSA VG-EX 4. The four corners displays a consistent amount of wear. The upper right shows a surface divot and some creasing. Holding this card in your hand - in any condition - gives one a deep sense of hobby and baseball history one can't help but appreciate and respect.
