Description
1968 Topps 3-D Roberto Clemente PSA NM 7. The late 1960s through the early 1970s was a very productive era for Topps, who tested various projects utilizing a wide assortment of treatments and formats to enhance sales. A full two years before Kellogg's picked up the "Xograph" technology that gave cards a 3-Dimensional appearance, Topps test-marketed an extremely limited number of cards of a dozen players, the key subject being Roberto Clemente. The cards are found with a blank back, or with a stamp saying cards are not for resale and return to Visual Panographics, Inc.
