1980-90 Lou Brock Personal License Plates Lot of 3 from The Lou Brock Collection. The Hall of Famer used these license plates from 1980 through 1990. Two of the black plates have "84" as the year of issue while the burgundy one was made in 1980. All three are signed by Brock. Letter of provenance from Jacqueline Brock. Pre-Certified by Beckett Authentication Services. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.Auction Info
