2003 "G.O.A.T. - A Tribute to Muhammad Ali" (Collector's Edition 6845/9000) Oversized Book by Taschen - Signed by Ali! The ultimate photographic tribute to one of the greatest athletes and socially significant personalities in American history. Limited edition (#6845/9000) book is signed by Muhammad Ali and artist Jeff Koons and includes over 3,000 images and essays (totaling 600,000 words). This massive 792-page book, including two gatefold sequences measuring 200 x 50 cm (80 x 20 in.) and nine gold-metallic double-page spreads printed in silkscreen, open each chapter. Measuring 20x20", G.O.A.T. tips the scales at 75 pounds. Each copy comes in a silk-covered box illustrated with Neil Leifer's iconic 1966 photo, Ali vs Williams. The book also includes the 16x20" photo-litho "Radial Champs" by Jeff Koons (signed and dated in pencil). A stunning volume.
