Description
1961 Nu-Card Football Box With 24 Unopened Packs. Offered is a 1961 Nu-Card football counter display box containing 24 unopened, 5-cent packs. By design, these packs were not sealed with wax or any glue. Utilized was a high pressure crimping process that created adhesion via high pressure. The packs may contain a Mint or even gem Mint card of Ernie Davis (his rookie debut), Roman Gabriel, John Hadl, Gary Collins and others. Each packs also contains a college pennant insert which today are much tougher to find in high grade than the cards themselves. The outer box is near-mint+, packs present the same. Packs have been authenticated. Box comes factory sealed by Steve Hart-Baseball Card Exchange.Auction Info
