Description
1974 Muhammad Ali vs. George Foreman Closed-Circuit Fight Poster. An iconic poster of an iconic fight which people are still discussing as if it happened yesterday. Vivid yellow and green hues with images of Ali and Foreman set over the Dark Continent. So much jumps out here: "Live From Africa" and "Direct From Kinshasa, Zaire" on closed circuit TV at the Spokane Coliseum. Best of all is where the date has been changed from October 24th to the 29th with yellow tape and matching font because Foreman had gotten a cut over his eye while training in Zaire.
