Description

2003 NetPro Elite Serena Williams (Glossy) #G2 PSA Mint 9. She's the most decorated female athlete in the history of the planet, with twenty-three Grand Slam singles championships, fourteen Grand Slam doubles and four Olympic Gold Medals (three doubles, one singles). While Ms. Williams has been a household name for two decades already, the recent "King Richard" movie about her family (and the Oscar scandal to follow) reinvigorated an already red-hot Williams market, with this elite trading card specimen riding the crest of that wave.

If you've never seen this card before, there's a good reason for that, as only one hundred were ever issued. Only 2,000 sets of NetPro Elite cards were issued to the collecting public, each of which contained just a single ultra-rare "Glossy" variant. Serena Williams' example, of course, was the best "pull" of them all.

Just over half of those Serena cards have found their way into a PSA capsule, and this specimen is bested by just eighteen of them. A high-grade rarity from one of the most dominant athletes in professional sports.
