1958 Topps Football Vending Box (486). A tremendous find along with the partial box of 1957 Topps Football Vending offered in this auction. Originating from a Dry Goods store in Michigan, this vending box is loaded with stars (the counts are listed by the player). The red back of these cards, is rarely found as clean as these offered examples. This is an opportunity to purchase cards that were not put in circulation, but were simply left over "store stock" from refilling the vending machines in the store. All the cards here were placed in card savers as to not shift around during shipment.
