1960's-1970's Obscure Issue Baseball Collection (145). Think of this presentation as a trip to the obscure. Every set in this lot is one few hobbyists give second thoughts to collecting until they come up for auction and then you can't live without them. There is an abundance of HoFers in this grouping like Aaron, Ruth, Mathewson, W. Johnson, Mays, Young, Gehrig, Berra, Koufax and the list goes on and on. Includes: 1963 Gad Fun "Sports Shorts" (19 Different); 1967 Police Phillies (3) - w/Allen, Ellsworth and Groat; 1970 Washington Police Traffic Safety (11) - Near set 10 of 11 cards plus Howard duplicate. Missing Nelson. In the form of a ten card uncut panel. (VG, crease affecting four cards); 1975 Great Plains Greats (33) - Partial set 33 of 43 cards. Grades EX/MT to NM with some slightly lesser; 1976 Bob Parker Hall of Fame (18) - Partial set 18 of 24 cards; 1977 Bob Parker Hall of Fame (16) - Partial set 16 of 24 (Unnumbered) cards; 1979 Bob Parker Hall of Fame (22); 1979 and 1980 Police SF Giants (2) - w/McCovey '79) and McCovey ('80); 1980 Bob Parker Hall of Fame (8); 1981 Bob Parker Hall of Fame (13).
