Description
1969 Topps Rulers Lew Alcindor #10 PSA EX-MT 6. One of the more inventive insert series ever produced by Topps was the 2-1/2" x 10" thin paper "Rulers" which had a cartoon illustration of the player along-side a ruler showing off the great heights the NBA was accustomed to. This series was inserted into wax packs of the first modern era Topps basketball set in 1969-70.
