The 2007 Kansas football team, led by coach Mark Mangino and quarterback Todd Reesing, built on the momentum of their historic 2007 season, which ended with an Orange Bowl (2008) victory over Virginia Tech. Although the Jayhawks finished 8-5 in 2008, they showcased a powerful offense and solidified one of the most successful eras in Kansas football history.
