1887-90 N172 Old Judge Nat Hudson - Brown's Champions (#239-1) SGC EX 5. A particularly rare sub-set from the massive N172 Old Judge series were specially designed cards that showcased the 1885 Class AA pennant winners and 1886 World Champion St. Louis Browns! These early commemoratives are highly prized additions with most Goodwin fans happy to acquire one.

Offered is a card featuring Nat Hudson, a right-handed pitcher, outfielder and first baseman who played his entire, albeit brief, career of four years with the St. Louis Browns from 1886 to 1889. Pose #239-1 Portrait in Striped Cap. Graded SGC EX 5. One of just two cards graded EX from a total pop of only eight submissions.
