Can you pay me in Bitcoin for the items I sold through Heritage?

For your convenience, Heritage makes payment in Bitcoin, subject to the following terms and conditions. Contact Us to initiate payment.

1. Heritage settlements are payable in US Dollars.
2. For settlements in excess of $5,000, Heritage will offer payment in Bitcoin converted from US Dollars in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
3. Heritage has selected Bitpay as the Internet platform for payment. To receive payments in Bitcoin, you must establish an account with Bitpay before Heritage initiates payment. Upon your consent to these Terms, Heritage will contact Bitpay and Bitpay will forward the necessary link to you. Follow all the steps as required by Bitpay and complete the process within 24 hours of receipt of email.
4. You will be responsible for all conversion costs from US Dollars to Bitcoin including the 1% Bitpay processing fee.
5. Upon agreement to these Terms and Conditions and notification by Bitpay to Heritage that your account is established, Heritage will initiate your payment through Bitpay with US Dollars for conversion to Bitcoin and deposit in your account by Bitpay. The amount to be sent in US Dollars is 99% of the balance that is due, with the 1% paid to Bitpay. The 99% amount in US Dollars will be converted to Bitcoin by Bitpay in accordance with the terms and conditions established by Bitpay, which you agree as acceptable.
