Description

1929 Chicago Cubs National League Champions Large Pinback. This sepia-toned pin commemorates the Cubs' 1929 National League pennant, and sports an unblemished fact that displays cutout heads twenty-one different Cubs and club officials (Mr. Wrigley, too), in the fashion of the great composite team photographs of the period. The face can be described as NRMT, virtually as issued, while the back shows only the slightest indications of wear - but little rusting - surround the safety pin component that is intact and working. A splendid example of an important piece of Cubs pin memorabilia. Three inches diameter.
