Description

Circa 1927 Paul Waner Single Signed Baseball. Big Poison's appearance on the side panel of an OAL ball with red and blue stitching assures the autograph predates 1934, and was quite possibly acquired during his Pirates' fateful 1927 World Series meeting with the New York Yankees. The apparent game use of the ball furthers its intrigue, and Waner's black fountain pen signature survives at an impressive 9/10. Certainly one of the most desirable from the thin supply of Paul Waner singles we've encountered. Full LOA from James Spence Authentication.
